Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns Policies:

Proof of Age/Signature Required is mandatory for all shipments. Canada Post requires a valid signature for packages. If you are not available to sign for the package it will be brought to the closest Canada Post pick-up location. If you are not home during delivery and someone at the address is available to sign that has a valid ID proving they are 19 years of age or older, a package can be delivered. If there is no one home during delivery the package will be available for pick-up at your nearest Post Office and a Canada Post Card with details will be left.  Your package will be available for a maximum of 15 days before it is returned back to shipper and will be marked undeliverable. No refunds or re-delivery available.  A valid government-issued ID (Drivers License or General ID Card) showing the same address as the waybill is required.  Only Postal Codes within the Northwest Territories can be accepted for purchase and delivery.

Delivery Times are shown on the delivery feature on your checkout page. Please add 2 days for processing the order at the manufacturer facilities. If your residential address forwards to a Community Box, a notice will be delivered on instructions for pick-up at the local Canada Post Depot. See details below in Canada Post Diagram.    

Expedited Parcel™

Customers in Yellowknife (X1A) can expect the order within 7 days. Customers within all other areas of NWT can expect the order within 13 days.

Xpresspost™

Customers in Yellowknife (X1A) can expect the order within 4 days. Customers within all other areas of NWT can expect the order within 7 days.

The above times do not include up to 2 days for receipt of order and packaging.

All sales are final. No substitutions, returns, or exchanges are available once an order is confirmed. Products that are unclaimed are returned as undeliverable and cannot be re-shipped due to regulatory requirements and quality standards. All such products will be destroyed and no refunds/credits will be issued.
